Special Object
I made this seahorse in eighth grade for a science project. It has been sitting in my closet since the day I brought it home and forgot about it. As I was going through things to use for this project, I found this and thought it would be sweet to take a photo of. The blue in the background almost sets the setting of the seahorse in it's natural habitat.

Rain + Flowers.
Instead of capturing rain for this assignment, I decided to take a photo of the fog because it didn't rain when I was able to take photos. The sun and the darkness to the photo gives the viewer a spookey feeling. I didn't do a whole lot of editing in photoshop except to crop the photo and a few other little things.

Myth Photos
Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of beauty and love. Because of her beauty, other gods feared that jealousy would interrupt the peace amoung them and lead to war, so Zeus married her to Hephaestus. Her unhappiness in marriaged caused her to frequently seek out the campanionship of her lover Ares.
Tethys is the goddess of the sea.

Texture and Night Photos
For my texture photo, I took a picture of an abandoned barn near my house. The barn is falling apart but it does create a nice place to take photos, especially texture ones. My intended focal point was the nail and the orange, rusted wire.
This is my night photo and I also took it at the barn near my house. I originally wanted to have Kristen outlined with the light but the person holding the light messed up and just made the design above. I think it turned out better than the others and made a cooler effect.
